Salvaged Treehouse
Fayetteville, Arkansas
Completed September 2015
One of our most unique projects, this treehouse is tucked in the branches of a Siberian Elm that was struck by lightning 10 years ago before springing back to life from cut-off trunks. Much of the interior flooring is redwood boards from the mid 1960's, salvaged from a nearby apartment complex, and the door is an original late 19th century piece salvaged from the home site. The treehouse also includes an old-timey "hot tub" with access from the wrap around deck, a sleeping loft, and a crow's nest with a view of downtown Fayetteville.
