Goose Creek Treehouse

Built for Ross and Jen Kephart, owners of Whitetail and Pine, this 600 square foot treehouse is perched over a crystal-clear all-weather stream. This project had special significance, because Natural State Treehouses owner Josh Hart grew up on the same creek less than two miles away. The completed treehouse features an open living and kitchen area with modern amenities, a spacious luxury bathroom, a loft sleeping area accessed by a steel spiral staircase and a 8’x16’ quad slider window that makes it possible to open the entire creekside wall of the treehouse. The large deck includes cable railings and enough space for a wood-fired hot tub and grill area. The treehouse is supported by flexible tree anchor bolts on two large oak trees at the stream’s edge as well as a series of posts and beams.
